The Windows XP version should work on Vista too. It's just uncompress and run the .bat file.

Asunto: [Gvsig_english] Use of gvSIG Mobile Pilot on Vista Tablet?

Hi Guys,

I am considering using the latest stable release (version 0.2).

Can anyone tell me whether the Mobile Pilot can be installed on a Tablet that is running Windows Vista. I have an operational copy of gvSIG Desktop working fine but keen to use inbuilt GPS functionality of the tablet to plot my position, create GPS logs and waypoints. Mobile Pilot is obviously the tool to use but I am unsure how to get the system working on Vista.

Any help would be appreciated.
