[Gvsig_english] About the problems downloading gvSIG 1.9

Hi,

As you may know, more or less with the launch of gvSIG 1.9 stable many people experienced problems downloading the software.

The gvSIG project is migrating some of its infrastructure to the OSOR project [1], which until now had been a really
excellent service, and it's still great of course. But it seems that lately they had some technical problems that, added
to the massive requests for downloading gvSIG binaries, have resulted on an intermittent service.

Well, the OSOR guys reported that the problems seem solved and therefore downloads of gvSIG 1.9 stable [2] should happen
normally.

By the way, they tell us that they are happy to host gvSIG, because it's a challenge for them and the best demonstration
of the viability of the platform they have built.

Finally, speaking on behalf of the gvSIG project and OSOR, our apologies to everyone for any inconvenience that may have
caused. As always, if you have any problems with the downloads, do not hesitate to discuss them here to resolve them as
soon as possible.
