[Gvsig_english] gvSIG 1.9 stable: background colour of the Map not saved as pdf

Hi Silvio

Yes, we've noticed this bug, but as you say it was already present on 
the 1.1 version, so I don' t think it will be fixed as soon as desired. 
Anyway it has been reported to developers.
