[Gvsig_english] colour setting when loading vector layers

Hello Ruth,
yes: Window > Preferences > Symbology > tic option "alleatory" (Fenster 
 > Eigenschaften > Symbologie > Durch Zufall aktivieren. Restart gvSIG. 
Voilà.
