[Gvsig_english] Third gvSIG meeting in Triest (Italy)

The third italian gvSIG meeting will be held in Triest, Teatro France  
Prešeren di Bagnoli della Rosandra n the 13th and 14th of April.

The meeting will be organized by the Ispettorato Ripartimentale  
Foreste of Trieste and Gorizia, by the University of Triest  
(Dipartimento di Scienze della Vita), by the municipality of San  
Dorligo della Valle - Občina Dolina and by the slovenian forest  
department (Zavod za gozdove Slovenije, OE Sežana).
The experts from Asociación gvSIG will present the desktop and mobile  
software while other speakers will describe their experiences in using  
this software in various scenarios (remote sensing, fores fire  
monitoring, Natura 2000 network). Some local experiences will also be  
presented: the new turistic map of Val Rosandra, the new Tabacco map  
of Gorizia, IRDAT, the local WMS and WFS servers. There will also be  
the occasion to learn of other experiences such as the Autonomous  
Province of Bozen/Bolzano, the digital technological distric of the  
municipality of Tavagnacco, the University of Rome, Udine and Venice  
and Beogis in Bosnia-Erzegovina. A session will be dedicated to Open  
Street map and Gosmore.
