[Gvsig_english] Extension: Loading a WCS Layer

Bruno, if you take the gvSig source code indicated, pay attention to the use
of the WCS parameters, there are some bugs, in particolar you cannot use
resx and resy parameters. Use of these parameters is mandatory to download a
raster with original resolution.
