[Gvsig_english] suggestion for new functionality: add function for wms-layer in TOC

Dear list, 
I have still a few further proposals:
- as would be a keyboard-Shortcut as " ENTF" in order to be able to "remove
Layer" again
- generally the employment of Shortcuts
- a possibility would be to be able to "update"  helpfully around a WMS
Layer completely, since changes at the WMS direct  do not become effective
after the reloading of the project [like color changes in the mapfile(s) …] 
I think there of an "updating  button".  Only the gvSIG-restart  creates the
actualization of the layer(s)
