[Gvsig_english] Stopped services for maintenance

Dear gvSIG users.

The gvSIG website (http://www.gvsig.org) will not be available during  
the following dates, because of maintenance tasks:

- from Saturday August 7th 2010, 14:00 to Sunday August 8th 2010,  
20:00 (UTC time [1])
- Friday August 13th, from 5:00 to 12:00 (UTC time [1])
