Would someone be able to describe the correct way to add the following  
URL WMS server to gvSIG Mini?

http://www.osm-wms.de

WMS of Europe as GeoWebCache: URL: http://129.206.229.158/cached/osm?  
(for OpenLayers)
HillShade of Europe as GeoWebCache: URL:  
http://129.206.229.158/cached/hillshade? (for OpenLayers)
