[Gvsig_english] Missing es.prodevelop.gvsig.mini.compat?

The compat project is this: 
https://svn.prodevelop.es/public/gvsigmini/gvsig_mini_compat/trunk/

I recommend you yo export the tag of the 1.0.0 version, you don't need any additional dependency.
