[Gvsig_english] flyrRaster

Who done it.
But currently OpenJUMP does not have georeferencing module. But gvSIG has.
and OpenJUMP mailinglist also tells that.

Do you know who had done merging gvsig to OpenJUMP and the person who done
georeferencing for openjump
