The meeting, organized by Lipetsk State Pedagogical University, =
Institute of Geography of RAS, Russian Geographical Society, and the =
gvSIG Association, is an interesting meeting point for changing =
experiences between users and developers from Russia.

The call for papers is now open, and proposals can be sent following the =
Presentation rules [2], until April 1st.

Registration period will be opened in February 15th.
