[Gvsig_english] bug report

Hi,

I think at the moment gvSIG is only able to do a topology Clean over a 
line layer, not a polygon one, and this may cause this console error.

On the other hand, I recommend you to install the last build of the 
Topology extension (bn 1235), because now it is in process of 
improvement and bug correction:
