[Gvsig_english] Feature request: show table properties

Hi Wolfgang,

I agree with Vicente, your first proposal is a useful request, in fact 
it's already on the track, now it's a matter of time...... ;-)

And for the second one, I also think that the edition of the table 
should be asociated with the graphic, as it is now.
