[Gvsig_english] projects with WFS layers

Hi.

I've tried to load a WFS layer but I don't have permissions in your 
server. gvSIG can make the GetCapabilities [1] and the 
DescribeFeatureType[2] operations but when it try to send the GetFeaure 
operation the server needs both a user and a password.
