[Gvsig_english] SUGGESTED FUNCTIONALITY gvSIG 1.9 (BN 1253) -- Default directories need increased granularity

Hi,

gvSIG needs directory data e.g. templates, symbols, temporary files 
directory, etc

Projects need spatial data directory, table directory, image directory, 
output directory and these should be used as default when plug-ins 
operate. These project related directories should be defined in the 
project manager. If nothing specified then project default to those 
directories specified in the gvSIG preferences.
