[Gvsig_english] HELP PLEASE - Does anyone know where I can get high resolution GIS data for use in tutorials?

Gertrude,

On closer inspection I note the natural earth data is actually for the 
whole globe, sorry. Will be useful for some of my distribution maps but 
not for the proposed tutorials.
