[Gvsig_english] gvSIG 3D build: where to get the Pdf manual

Hi Silvio,

There is not a pdf manual of the 3D extension. As you said the main page of
3D documentation is in spanish in [1] and is not in pdf format. Nevertheless
there is a button at the bottom of the page where you can see all the
documentation in one page [2], or if you prefer you can print the whole
documentation to a pdf file.

I am agree with you that a pdf manual or a quick start guide is a good idea,
but the official documentation of gvSIG must be in gvSIG plone and in its
format. The only thing we can do is to generate a rst or a pdf file and
updload it to the blog [3].
