[Gvsig_english] Translation of the gvSIG documentation to English

Mario,

I would be happy to proof read the final documents. I will have no idea 
if the text matches what is said by the original author in Spanish, but 
I will be able to clarify if the English translation makes sense, has 
correct grammar and spelling. Although you should actually clarify which 
'version' of English you want text translated to - American or 
English/Australian (e.g. color vs. colour, behavior vs. behaviour, 
kilometer vs. kilometre, etc).
