Hello, I tested the Patch under Windows. Next week I will bring in and under
Linux to test will probably want the Wolfgang for the Patch. 

Good  news:
The problem seems to be repaired with the last Patch. I added evenly 15
Oracle levels too gvSIG and no problems arose!
(inclusive our problem layer:  "gruen_poly")
