[Gvsig_english] Network extension for gvSIG 1.9 available

Hi Vince,

There is full English documentation on the gvSIG website. Take a look at:
https://gvsig.org/web/docusr/redes-userguide/
Some of the section headings are still in Spanish but all the text and 
screen shots are in English.
