[Gvsig_english] Import fields from PostgreSQL table

Hi all,
I was trying to "import fields" from a PostgreSQL table to a shapefile
attribute table using a char/string field as joining field, but with no
success. The same happens if I try to join directly the two tables.

So I have exported the pg table as dbf and performed the same
task successfully this time. Has anyone experienced with this kind
of issue? Thanks in advance.
