[Gvsig_english] new problems with an oracle layer

hello,

i have executed:   "select * from PLAN.GRUEN_POLY t where  t.SHAPE.SDO_GTYPE
= NULL"

oracle return:   NULL
-------------------------------------------------------
The next test:
CREATE TABLE validate_results(sdo_rowid ROWID, status VARCHAR2(2000))
/
SDO_GEOM.VALIDATE_LAYER_WITH_CONTEXT('PLAN.GRUEN_POLY', 'SHAPE',
'validate_results');
/
SELECT * FROM validate_results ORDER BY status
/

At the moment a have a problem with the same user 
1.) to create the table " validate_results" ["insufficient rights"   ]
and 
2.) to read from "PLAN.GRUEN_POLY".  (the reading is for our default user
ok)    


( The other user can create and write, but can not read from 
"PLAN.GRUEN_POLY"....)
 It must be changed.........
