[Gvsig_english] [GSOC 2010] Spatialite Support: some things need to be discussed

Hi Francisco,

you are very welcome if you want to try the code, give useful suggestions or
do anything else with the code I'm implementing.

I've put the code where we will put the code of the plugin at
https://svn.forge.osor.eu/svn/gvsig-sandbox/gvsig-sqlite/trunk/TestCode/ .
Please wait a couple of days before giving it a look becuase I should add
the licence declaration and fix a couple of things for making this code
still in progress at least working in all the functionalities we need (FDO
read/write + Splite geometries red/write).

However thanks a lot for you help!
