[Gvsig_english] Problems opening image files in GV sig

Dear Varela,

On Windows, please use the Java Runtime Environment that comes
with gvSIG OADE 2010. It includes all the image/raster data drivers 
you need  and runs in 32 bit (which is what the image drivers need).
