[Gvsig_english] Listener on CAD vertex editing

Hi to all,
I have a problem with CAD editing. I would like to add a vertex on a line,
but before adding such a vertex,
I have to check if the point can be placed where the user wants to put it
(there are some constraints).
Is there a way to intercept the call to the addVertex function of the CAD
plugin and block it if the
conditions are not respected?
