[Gvsig_english] gvSIG SVN and bugtracker migration

Hello everyone,

gvSIG project will migrate the bugtracker and SVN services from their
current location in the ITI (Polytechnic University of Valencia) to the
OSOR.eu infrastructure. This migration will be done during the week of
12 to 16 April. During those days nobody will have write access to these
2 services.

Once the migration is finished, we will be notify  of the new location
and how  to reach them through the lists.

All changes to be uploaded to SVN should be made before Monday, April 12.

Please, anyone with code to commit to the SVN, do it before April 12th.
