[Gvsig_english] About contributing to gvSIG code (was Re: gvSIG 1.9.1)

Hi Ben,
We weren't sure if you commited a ticket in our tracker for all the
changes you proposed. Fine. Let us have a look to them in order to
accept or reject them taking in account the impact.
Regarding the migration to osor, of course we prefer not to commit until
it is done.
