Hi Guys,

The NavTable looks good. Especially liked the video on your website. This type
of documentation is very helpful.

One initial comment. When installing the linux version I was presented with a
request to supply the Java Directory. Most normal users will not know where
this file is and this information is available in the gvSIG configuration file.
It should be a simple task of checking the location and version of Java
currently being used and only presenting a dialog/warning if the version is
inappropriate or NavTable requires a more advanced version of Java - in which
case the dialog will recommend installing a separate Java runtime for
NavTable.

Can NavTable and gvSIG operate under different versions of Java simultaneously?
I would think this would be unwise even if they could. Considering gvSIG can't
operate without Java why have this option in the install anyway. Shouldn't the
install routine indicate that NavTable needs a more advanced version and offer
to install a newer version and point gvSIG and NavTable to the new Java
version? maybe this is what the installer would do but this was unclear.
