[Gvsig_english] Oracle Arc´s

Hello. Yes, it is a bug.

It's a bad interpretation of the Arc. In Oracle Spatial, paths can be formed by arcs, each arc is described by three points that belong to the arc, while in Java2D (used by gvSIG), arcs within a path are described by three points indicating the quadratic parameters, so Java2D arcs cannot be used directly.

It's already in our to-do list.
