Note that gvSIG version 1.9 and up also has an auto-adjusting polygon
tool in the CAD editor. With this, you can merrily digitize across
the boundaries of existing polygons. Once finished, the polygon will
be cut into shape to remove all overlaps. Very useful for topologically
correct editing.
