[Gvsig_english] Lateral Buffer fails (Was:Additional functionalities for gvSIG 1.9 / 1.10:Lateral Buffer)

Dear Johannes, all others,

I get the same result with my installation (gvSIG 1.10 RC2 on a linux
machine). The new buffer theme contains a coloum "DIST", where the specified
buffer distance is recorded (e.g. 150). The actual width of the buffer is
twice the specified buffer distance (e.g. 300).
