[Gvsig_english] Additional functionalities for gvSIG 1.9 / 1.10

Dear Ben,

absolute path is enabled by default. Click on the Radio button in order to
deactivate absolute path --> relative paths should be stored then. I did not
really test it so far... Does it work for you?
