[Gvsig_english] gvSIG 1.10, translation of the documentation

Hi Wolfgang,

I'm helping with the English translations and am currently working on the Developers' documentation. There is a team working on translating the other documentation but there are never enough people to go around. More volunteers would be very welcome!

gvSIG 1.10 comes with lots of new features, however, there is quite some 
documentation missing - at least in English language. 
Is there anyone busy with translating the Spanish documents? For 
example, I only found a spanish manual for Navtable...
