[Gvsig_english] (newly generated) Java error when adding layers

Thank you for taking a look at it.  I don't know what this means, but the
same shapefiles that won't load in their native projections but WILL project
on the fly in other projections, will NOT reproject correctly to the new
projection systems...I can create a new file with the target projection, but
once loaded to the view it is obviously very wrong.  I hope this makes
sense!
