[Gvsig_english] gvSIg Oade 2010 1.10 : problem wioth projection on the fly from 4326 to 4210

You can use the *gvSIG version 1.10 RC2* (stable version, finally!).

I have published may tutorials under Windows Seven 64 Bits and the program
runs correctly without bugs.
