[Gvsig_english] Trouble viewing software in English

Hello there,
I've dowloaded gvSig1_10-1264-final-win-i586-withjre-j1_5.exe file and
install in English version yet once I start the program, it's still showing
up in Spainish. I've installed previous versions without any problem and
using in English version.

Looking for help. Thanks
