Hello,

Make sure that the other GPS applications are closed.

Which ports are being used by the GPS?
('GPS program port' and 'GPS hardware port' in the Windows Mobile GPS settings).

In the gvSIG Mobile settings, you have to choose the same port you chose as the 'GPS program port'.

Sometimes it's necessary to uncheck the option 'Access - Manage GPS automatically'

Have you tried the J9 version?

I don't think gvSIG Mobile 1.0 is going to behave in a different way regarding the GPS.

Regards,
