[Gvsig_english] Additional functionalities for gvSIG 1.9 / 1.10

Hi Wolfgang.
Thank you very much for this contribution. All of them are very useful
features.
The gvSIG team is working at the present time together with IVER and
CSGIS for including all this features as soon as possible in an official
release, surely in the next gvSIG 1.11.
