[Gvsig_english] Additional functionalities for gvSIG 1.9 / 1.10:Lateral Buffer

Dear Johannes, all others.
It would be great, if we could "develop" a small documentation for these new
functionalities. For example,
the gvsig-wiki (german language) could be a good thing to start. Creating
nice screenshots is the first step... ;)
