[Gvsig_english] gvSIG Mini for Android 1.0.0 released

In that case, I think an Android App should display an icon in the
main status bar (notification area on top of the screen), 
so the user knows that the App is still running in the background. 
Ideally, it should be possible to go back to gvSIG by pulling 
down the notification menu and tapping on its icon (look at how
the Android media player does it).
