[Gvsig_english] gvSIG 1.9/ 1.10: wms strange color shifting

Hi list,

every now and then I encounter strange color shifts when using a wms with
gvSIG (see attachment).
I seems to me that the error is linked to loading some tiles of the service
depending on the scale of the view.
Now I wonder if this is a problem with gvSIG and/or the wms.
I am using this service (EPSG:31468):
http://www.geodaten.bayern.de/ogc/getogc.cgi?

Any ideas?
