[Gvsig_english] gvSIG 1.11 RC2 Almost all geoprocesses fail

Hi Antonio, list,

thanks for the suggestions -it worked out well. 1.11RC2 is up and running
again. I do not know what exactly caused the mess before but now I can work
on.
