[Gvsig_english] copying shape file layers

Dear Klaus,

As far as I remember, the "copy layer" works exactly like the copy-command
in ArcView. And It's also described in the manual (see gvsig-manual for
gvSIG 1.11, page 58):
"You can paste the layer you wish to copy in the same view as the one you
are
working with or in a different view, either in the same project or in a
different
one.
N.B.: Remember that currently if you modify the layer, these changes will be
reflected in all the copies.
If you wish to “Paste” the layer, right click on the point you wish to paste
the
new copy and select the “Paste” option."
Of course, this is no big help for your case. However, the "behaviour" of
gvSIG in this case is not a bug.

I agree that something like "manage data sources" (oooold ArcView 3.2) or a
"catalogue", where it would be possible to copy / administrate data sources
would be a helpful feature. For the future.
