[Gvsig_english] Publisher for gvSIG 1.11.0?

This extension was developed for gvSIG 1.1.2. Today has been announced (see 
below) that they are working to update it to the version 1.9, 1.10 and 1.11. 

If you want to use the extension, you should make it with gvSIG 1.1.2

Para publicar, te hace falta la extensión de publicación, que a día     de hoy 
es compatible únicamente con versión 1.1.2 de gvSIG.     Actualmente se está 
trabajando en la migración de está extensión a     las versiones 1.9, 1.10, 
1.11.
Si quieres utilizar la extensión de publicación deberás instalarte     la 
versión 1.1.2 [1] de gvSIG y ahí instalar la extensión, desde     este enlace la 
puedes descargar la extensión y tienes su manual [2].
