[Gvsig_english] Georeferencing raster

Hi,
I have problem with georeferencing raster. The software ask me about output
file, but it doesn't do any. So after georeferencing I don't have the
result. Do somebody know why?
Other question which can be related with it: when I open the browser to set
path to output image, it doesn't give me any possibility to choose the
format of output (see attached image), does it mean, that I can safe only
in tif? and may I use to georeferencing jpg image?

I use windows 7 and gvSIG 1.11.
