[Gvsig_english] Hungarian and Polish translation of gvSIG Mobile

Hungarian translation of gvSIG Mobile has been made for the 0.3 version thanks to Fehér Zsolt. Also Polish translation has been updated. The translation files are available to download from [1]. You can participate reviewing it, and if you find some mistake, please inform about it on the list to correct it.
