[Gvsig_english] 3D Extension. CALL FOR TESTING

Hi Ben,

There are no plans to *tag* osX version as final or beta or stable. But we
will continue releasing the mac version with 3D extension in development
versions.  In fact the development version (build 17) is working OK with 3D.

The main difference is the name.
