Hi Antonio.

About extensions, I don't plan to add this funcionality, sorry.
About the UTF8 file.... well, it seems is not in UTF8. Maybe is a 
problem with gvSIG Mobile and the real encoding is windows-1252?
I attach the file translated to UTF8.
