[Gvsig_english] 3D extension on gvSIG-1.11 Portable

Hi Nacho,

Actually I don't see any problem if you put the binaires in the right place,
I assume portable versions only work in win$. Anyway you can install 3D
extension over the portable version.

Tell us how it goes, and don't hesitate to ask if you have any doubts.
